What is Onni 606?
Onni 606 is a three-tower, mixed-use development under way at 606 106th Ave NE in Downtown Bellevue, Washington. It combines apartments, a hotel and offices on a shared podium and is expected to be the largest construction project in Washington State.
How tall are the towers?
All three towers rise to approximately 600 feet — the maximum height allowed in Downtown Bellevue. They stand about 53, 54 and 45 stories.
When will Onni 606 be finished?
Excavation is scheduled to begin in July 2026, followed by a construction program of close to five years — putting completion around 2030.
How many apartments will it have?
The plan calls for roughly 1,289 residences across two towers, alongside about 317 hotel suites.
Is there a hotel?
Yes. Tower 1 includes a hotel of around 257–317 suites in addition to residences.
How much office space is there?
Tower 3 holds roughly 896,000 square feet of office space, plus a 9,532-square-foot daycare.
What was on the site before?
The block held the 1961 John Danz Theatre (later an electronics store, a furniture store and churches, including Doxa Church) and the former Belle Lanes bowling alley, which became a Barnes & Noble in 1993 and later a furniture store. Both were demolished ahead of construction.
Who is the developer?
Onni Group, a privately held real estate company founded in 1965 and headquartered in Vancouver, B.C. The architect is IBI Group.
Where exactly is it?
On a roughly four-acre block along 106th Ave NE between NE 4th and NE 8th Streets, on the western edge of Downtown Bellevue — a few blocks west of the 2 Line's Downtown Bellevue light rail station.
What amenities will Onni 606 have?
