2 Line light rail
Sound Transit's 2 Line opened across Lake Washington on March 28, 2026. The Downtown Bellevue Station runs along NE 6th St between 110th and 112th Ave NE — a few blocks east of the site.
Location & getting around
The block sits in the heart of Downtown Bellevue, a few minutes' walk from the region's densest cluster of shops, offices and — as of 2026 — light rail.
The roughly four-acre superblock spans 106th Ave NE between NE 4th and NE 8th Streets, on the western edge of the downtown core.
Bellevue Square, Lincoln Square and the rest of the Bellevue Collection — the Eastside's premier shopping and dining destination — are a short walk west.
The project dedicates a 30-foot-wide segment of Bellevue's Grand Connection, the landscaped pedestrian spine knitting downtown to the waterfront and Wilburton across I-405.
Direct freeway access puts Seattle, Redmond and the wider Eastside within easy reach by car.

One of the busiest bus hubs on the Eastside, linking the site to Redmond, Kirkland, Issaquah and beyond.
Downtown Bellevue's grid, the Grand Connection and the Bellevue Collection make the area increasingly walkable — and the development adds a through-block pedestrian path.
